Last night's dinner... another out of the ordinary dish

... I made 3-cheese stuffed shells with meaty sauce from the Pioneer Woman.  It was a simple recipe and it was like eating little pieces of lasagne.  I've never made lasagne either but I'm thinking layering noodles may be even simpler than stuffing little pasta shells with the cheese filling.  Q liked it...

... a lot :)







... watching him lick his plate clean meant a lot to me.  :o)
